Virtual Assistant
If you spend your day on admin instead of your business, this fixes it. A trained assistant works your hours, in your systems, for a fixed monthly fee.
Someone reliable doing the jobs that eat your week — without hiring anyone.
Most small business owners lose a day a week to work that does not need them: sorting the inbox, chasing invoices, booking appointments, updating listings, answering the same customer question for the ninth time. It is not hard work — it is just endless, and it happens instead of the work that actually grows the business.
A virtual assistant takes those jobs off your desk. You are not recruiting, running payroll or paying for holiday cover — you agree what needs doing, we do it in your own tools, and you get your week back. Start with a few hours, add more when it proves itself.
What you get
- Your inbox sorted, with routine replies handled and only the real ones left for you
- Diary, bookings and reminders managed so nothing gets double-booked or forgotten
- Customer questions answered by email, chat or phone, in your tone of voice
- Orders, listings, stock and returns kept up to date in your online shop
- Data entry, spreadsheets and CRM records kept accurate instead of half-finished
- Research and lead lists built while you get on with selling
We work inside your existing tools — your inbox, your CRM, your spreadsheets. Nothing new to learn.

Virtual Assistant Questions
The practical things owners want to know before handing work over.
What exactly can a virtual assistant do?
Anything that happens on a computer or a phone and does not need you personally: email, diary, customer replies, order processing, listings, spreadsheets, invoicing, research and lead lists. If you can explain it once, it can usually be handed over.
Do I get the same person every time?
Yes. You get a named assistant who learns your business, plus a manager who covers holidays and sickness so the work never simply stops. You meet your assistant before anything begins.
What does it cost compared to hiring someone?
You pay one fixed monthly fee and nothing else — no recruitment fee, no National Insurance, no pension, no holiday or sick pay, and no desk or equipment. You can also stop with 30 days notice, which you cannot do with an employee. Tell us the hours you need on the contact page and we will quote it.
How do I hand over work without writing a manual?
You do not need one. In the first fortnight your assistant shadows how you do things and writes the process down themselves. From then on it is theirs to run, and you have documentation you did not have before.
Is my data safe?
Assistants work in your own systems under accounts you control, so you can see and revoke access at any time. Everyone signs a confidentiality agreement, and we work to GDPR requirements when handling personal data.
What hours do they work?
Your business hours, whether that is UK, Irish, European or US time. If you need cover outside your own working day — replying to customers while you sleep — say so and we will match someone to that timezone.
Can I change the tasks later?
Yes, at the start of any month. Most clients begin with the inbox, then add diary and customer replies once they see it working. You can also scale hours up or down as your workload changes.
Do I lose control of my business processes?
No. Your assistant works to your instructions and reports to you. Anything involving money, contracts or a decision comes back to you for approval — they clear the work, they do not take over.
