Mobile App Development
Your business as an app people can download — designed, built, approved and published for you on the App Store and Google Play.
One team takes your idea from a sketch to a downloadable app.
An app is not just the screens people tap. It also needs a server storing the data, a way to sign people in, payments, notifications, and an approval process at Apple and Google that rejects apps for reasons most people have never heard of. We handle all of it.
You do not need a technical background to work with us. Tell us who the app is for and what you want them to be able to do, and we will tell you what it takes, what it costs, and what to leave out of version one so you launch sooner.
What you get
- iPhone apps, Android apps, or one app that runs on both
- The server and database behind the app, built and hosted by us
- Sign-in, user accounts and profiles
- Push notifications that bring people back into the app
- In-app payments, subscriptions and card handling
- We submit to Apple and Google, and handle any rejections
You get a test version on your own phone every week — so you can try it long before it is finished.
What Kind Of App Do You Need?
The six types we build most often. Yours will usually be a mix of two or three.
Shopping & Ordering
Customers browse, order and pay from their phone — with order tracking and repeat orders.
Members & Community
A private space for your members, with a directory, events, announcements and notifications.
Field & Operations
For staff on the move: job lists, checklists, barcode scanning, photos and offline use.
Courses & Learning
Video lessons, progress tracking and quizzes that people can carry in their pocket.
Bookings & Appointments
Customers pick a slot, pay a deposit and get reminders — your diary fills itself.
Tracking & Habits
Daily logging, streaks, reminders and simple charts that keep people coming back.
How An App Project Runs
Five stages. You can install and test the app from week three.
Decide what version one is
We cut your idea down to what is genuinely needed to launch — so you go live sooner and spend less.
Week 1Approve the screens
You see and click through every screen before development starts. Changes here are free and fast.
Weeks 1–3Build, with weekly test builds
A working version lands on your phone every week. You use it, we adjust.
Weeks 3–12Publish to the stores
We test on real devices, submit to Apple and Google, and deal with any rejections ourselves.
Weeks 12–16Which Kind Of App Do You Need?
Three ways we usually start. Tell us which is closest and we will price it for your idea.
Simple App
Best for: testing an idea with real users
One platform, up to about 8 screens, sign-in and a basic backend. Launch small, learn fast.
Business App
Best for: a real product on both stores
iPhone and Android, accounts, payments, notifications and an admin panel for your team.
Ongoing Support
Best for: after you have launched
Monitoring, iOS and Android update compatibility, bug fixes and new features each month.
Every app is quoted after a short call, because the cost depends far more on features than on platform. Apple and Google also charge their own developer account fees, which you pay them direct.

All three are live and downloadable right now — an inventory app, a learning app and an event companion app.
Mobile App Questions
What clients ask before committing to an app.
Do I need an iPhone app, an Android app, or both?
It depends on your customers. In the UK and US, iPhone is usually stronger for consumer apps; Android dominates almost everywhere else and for field staff. If you are unsure, we build one app that runs on both — it costs less than two separate builds.
How much does an app really cost?
It depends almost entirely on how many features version one has — not on which platform you pick. That is why we always trim the first version down before quoting. Tell us your idea on the contact page and you will have a fixed price within 24 hours, with no obligation.
Will Apple and Google definitely approve it?
We build to their guidelines from the start and handle the whole submission. Rejections do happen — usually over small things like a missing privacy policy or an unclear screenshot — and we fix and resubmit those at no extra cost.
Can I see the app before it is finished?
Yes, from about week three. We send you a test build every week that installs on your own phone, so you can use it, show it to your team and tell us what to change while changing it is still cheap.
What happens when Apple or Android release an update?
Apps need occasional maintenance to keep working after major OS releases. That is what the monthly support plan covers. Without it, an app typically keeps working for a year or two before it needs attention.
Who owns the app and the store listings?
You do. The developer accounts are registered in your business name, and the source code is handed to you. We are the people who built it, not the people who hold it hostage.
Have an app idea?
Describe it in a few sentences and tell us who it is for. You will get a scope, a platform recommendation and a price within 24 hours.
